It has been designed to shape the engineering and manufacturing workforce of the future, and we deliver a range of apprenticeships and T levels to provide businesses with an effective way to grow talent and develop a motivated, skilled and qualified workforce. This is an exciting opportunity to join a Calderdale College as an Engineering lecturer.</p><p>We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team to deliver learning and assess students on our Apprenticeships and T levels. The successful candidate will be adaptable and learner focused with a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and attaining high achievement rates.</p><p>This role requires someone who is a dynamic and innovative and creative individual who is willing to turn their hand to different challenges. The ability to influence and motivate students and determination to achieve success in all aspects of the role. You will join the centre at an exciting time as expands and develops with the most recent addition an Industry 4 Hub now open.</p><p>All team members contribute to the continued growth and development of the centre and its provision through engagement with key stakeholders and employers to ensure we meet local and regional demand for skills</p><p> <b>The College is committed to safeguarding and promotes the welfare of all learners and expects its staff to share this commitment.
