We have an exciting opportunity for a well-organized and self-motivated individual to join our team in a hybrid role as an Engineering Lecturer and Trainer Coach at our Willerby Grove campus. This full-time role includes working as a lecturer in engineering for part of the time, and as a trainer coach in the workplace for the remainder.
Main Duties Of The Role
Your role will be to deliver an ambitious curriculum to all by working flexibly and efficiently to maintain the highest professional standards in the delivery of Engineering programmes and carrying out work-based assessment, including the associated organisational, coordination and administrative responsibility.
Essential Requirement
- Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy
- Appropriate Level 3 in a subject relating to Engineering.
- A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards (Cert Ed/PGCE/DTLLS)
- A TAQA Award or equivalent.
