In this key role, you'll guide motivated professionals through their qualifications, helping them build the foundational skills necessary for career success. As a vital part of our learner-facing team, you'll work closely with our Quality Coaches to ensure each learner makes effective progress and achieves meaningful outcomes in a timely manner. Your Role will Include: Functional Skills Delivery: Facilitate the comprehensive delivery and assessment of Functional Skills in English and maths up to level 2. Collaboration for Progression: Collaborate with the delivery and quality coaching team to monitor and support learner progression through tailored learning pathways. Adaptation for Individual Needs: Adapt delivery and assessment methods as necessary to meet the diverse needs of learners, ensuring appropriate support for those requiring adjustments. Assessment & Planning: Conduct initial and diagnostic assessments, designing and implementing individual learning plans that align with assessment outcomes. Session Facilitation: Facilitate engaging individual and group sessions on employers’ premises and deliver virtual classroom sessions that promote effective learning. Performance Review: Consistently review and assess learner performance, providing constructive feedback and motivating them to meet agreed targets and deadlines. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in line with company standards, ensuring all learner documentation is up to date to support management reporting and audit requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in delivering Functional Skills, face-to-face and virtually, for both maths and English up to level 2. Willingness to travel to support learners around the UK when needed. A high level of attention to detail and organisational ability to work across multiple areas of the business effectively. Proven experience in developing and empowering ASL learners to succeed.
