You will primarily work with students during term time on a 1:1 or small group basis in the classroom, encouraging independent learning and enabling their personal learning targets to be met.</p><p>For appropriately skilled individuals who wish to work full time (i.e. in addition to supporting students during term time), we can offer the opportunity to work within a range of cross-college teams to provide for example administration, marketing, admissions and IT services support.</p><p>This is a highly rewarding role and would be suited to somebody with great enthusiasm and effective communication skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to relate to young people and/or adults with a range of additional needs, including learning disabilities, mental health needs, social emotional difficulties, and physical care.
