The Fire Service College: Where excellence meets resilience at the ultimate training ground for firefighting professionals. Your role will be to lead the Fire Service College (FSC) International Delivery Team who are responsible for delivering a high quality training experience to the FSC customers and delegates. This role is also responsible for being the conduit between the Fire Service College and the International sales team to assist in developing offerings for new and existing International clients. What you'll be doing: Leading a team of 3 full time Instructors as well as contractors who serve overseas clients that use the college for all kinds Emergency response training Monitoring and ensuring all accreditation requirements are maintained to the standards required for international markets such as NFPA. Making sure everything is in place for the overseas candidates including liaising with the Home office Ensuring all course materials are available and up to date Assist with awarding bodies re accreditation and qualifications General Team Management duties such as absence management, appraisals etc What we're looking for: Previous experience of working in the Middle East in an Emergency response environment Experience, knowledge and understanding of Understanding of cultural differences between the UK and international delegates Previous experience of managing a small team Excellent communication skills About Fire Service College: At Capita - Fire Service College we're training the next generation of firefighters to respond to any emergency and create a safer world.
