You will support the Learning and Development team with the delivery of the set objectives as well as ad-hoc people team support.
On a daily basis you will support the administrative tasks for the team and assist with the successful day-to-day operating of the department including the Army School of Recruiting (ASR) in Bovington.
This is a full time, permanent role working from our offices in Bovington.

Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out administrative tasks for the Learning and Development team
- Coordinating bookings for training, including accommodation booking and sending invites to learners
- Collating and maintaining data for Management Information reporting
- Ensuring all colleagues have access to all Learning and Development materials and tools
- Assisting with the successful day-to-day operating of the department
- Supporting with project work
What we’re looking for:
- Good IT skills using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous administration experience
- Good people skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Organised approach
- Flexible, adaptable
- Must have access to own transport, due to remote location of the office
