RIGE is dedicated to supporting people, crossing boundaries and enabling responsible impact – for the greater good, locally, nationally and internationally.</p><p/> <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About the role</b></h2> <p/><p><b>We are recruiting for a Learning and Development Manager to join the Research Culture team. This role is on a fixed term from 1</b><b>st</b><b> November 2024 to 30</b><b>th</b><b> May 2026.</b></p> <p> This role is offered on a hybrid basis, the successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 1 day/week on campus.</p> <p> The Learning and Development Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that support delivery of UCL’s Research Culture Roadmap and drive research culture transformation across the institution.</p> <p> Further details about the duties and responsibilities of this role can be seen in the attached JD.</p><p/> <h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About you</b></h2> <p/><p>This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in learning and development, experience of change management and organisational development.</p> <p> You should have experience of the full Learning and Development cycle including needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation.</p> <p> You should be highly organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams to budget and schedule across various populations in a complex organisation. You should be able to demonstrate an outcome orientated approach with an emphasis on ongoing management and completion of a task.</p> <p> An excellent communicator, you should be adept at developing long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. With the ability to draw effective insights from consultation and data, and respond strategically to findings and trends, you should be able to demonstrate impact and identify and act upon opportunities for continuous improvement.
