Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
RICS is seeking a Learning and Development Operations Manager to lead our dynamic team in delivering innovative and effective training solutions globally. Reporting to the Head of Product Delivery, this role is pivotal in managing both digital and face-to-face training products, ensuring high standards of operation within our Online Learning Academy (OLA) and across various learning platforms.
- Direct a high-performing team, defining clear roles and responsibilities aligned with business objectives, while fostering an engaging and productive workplace culture.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance operational efficiency, manage the global training schedule, and ensure all digital training products are up-to-date and stakeholders are well-informed.
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support bespoke B2B training solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards for formal training programs.
- Oversee the use of digital platforms such as MS Teams Pro, Zoom, and GoToWebinar to maximize functionality and enhance the digital learning experience.
- Ensure consistent delivery quality across the team and manage costs to meet financial targets.
About You
- Extensive experience as a senior learning manager or course coordinator, preferably within a training or higher education environment.
- Proficiency with learner management systems, especially Moodle, and experience managing formal qualification delivery and assessment.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of motivating teams and maintaining high performance in a challenging environment.
- Expertise in managing multi-language courses and handling complex stakeholder relationships in a global, culturally diverse setting.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
