You must be occupationally competent in a specialist field of Early Years, Primary Education or SEND, in order to deliver a variety of accredited and non-accredited programmes.</p> <p/> <p>We believe that the way to provide outstanding education and support is to ensure we recruit outstanding staff so you will have a proven track record of being inspirational and motivated who can develop and deliver engaging and exciting lessons, continuously assessing need and reviewing progress.</p> <p/> <p>You will have creative ideas for enrichment opportunities that enhance learner knowledge, behaviours and skills.</p> <p/> <p>You will have unwavering commitment to offering a safe and supportive learning environment will encourage high levels of educational attainment through outstanding pastoral support.</p> <p/> <p>We are strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS Disclosure and a range of other recruitment checks.</p> <p/> <p>You will have experience of establishing, developing, and maintaining positive and productive partnerships with communities, employers, partners, and stakeholders that help increase learner participation and progress.</p> <p/> <p>You will follow our high-quality standards, ensuring processes and procedures are followed and all information is collected for our data and funding requirements.</p> <p/> <p>You must hold or be willing to work towards a level four teaching qualification.</p> <p/> <p>You will travel to schools and community venues to meet learners and deliver programmes.</p> <p/> <p>Working with care, integrity and trust, you will promote Gateshead Council Learning and Skills to customers using a range of online, and face-to-face strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records and documents relating to learners progression and achievement, shared document spaces and virtual meetings to enhance communication.</p> <p/> <p>Gateshead Council Learning and Skills work for the most vulnerable residents to raise aspirations and improve social mobility through outstanding teaching practices that cultivates aspiration and ambition.
