We pride ourselves on delivering a learning environment and organisational culture that impact positively on the health, wellbeing and sustainability of our community and enables all our students and staff to achieve their full potential.</p><p> <b>The Role</b></p><p>We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team within the College’s Learning Support department.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people with SEND to remove barriers to learning and help them reach their full potential. Confidence with functional Maths and English as well as the ability to motivate learners while maintaining a professional relationship is key in this role.</p><p>Responsibilities include supporting classroom delivery of a range of theory and practical topics in a range of vocational subjects.
