You will deliver effective teaching, learning and support to learners for qualifications and their individual needs<br/><br/><strong>The responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Create individual support plans tailored to learner's individual needs, considering the results of initial & diagnostic assessments. </li><li>Motivate, enable and drive learners to achieve their goals through outstanding teaching and learning </li><li>Deliver learning and evidence progression to meet the targets set for the learner </li><li>Deliver engaging and creative learning to meet the needs of the learner </li><li>Provide continuous and effective Information, Advice & Guidance to learners </li><li>Provide pastoral support to learners as required to aid engagement & achievement of their goals </li><li>Deliver and facilitate teaching, learning and support that encourages accelerated and autonomous learning </li><li>Support the learning process through the development of learning resources. </li><li>Engage and coach the learner's Employer/Mentor to provide adequate support and guidance </li><li>Complete detailed documentation to evidence the need for Learning Support Funding </li><li>Work collaboratively with and provide accurate updates to the appropriate delivery colleagues and support the timely achievement of the qualification </li><li>Monitor learner's welfare, health and safety in the workplace upskilling learner's knowledge regarding</li><li>Safeguarding, British Values, Prevent and Equality & Diversity </li></ul> <p><br/><br/><strong>Your experience and skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience of and a proven track record of working with <strong>SEND</strong> learners </li><li>Proven track record of consistently exceeding targets </li><li>Knowledge and/or experience in delivering Safeguarding</li></ul> <p><br/><br/><strong>Your qualifications </strong></p> <ul> <li>Educated at degree level or equivalent experience </li><li>Teaching qualification preferred but not essential</li></ul> <p><br/><br/><strong>About QA:</strong><br/>At QA, we believe the future belongs to organisations that are able to learn, master and apply new skills at pace and scale.
