This role is managed directly by our Lead LSA/TA which is overseen by Head of SEND Support.</p><p>Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>To carry out facilitation of learning contributing significantly to the growth of provision curriculum and providing a diverse range of development opportunities for learners</li><li>To develop learner experience within a variety of different settings</li><li>Contribute to the planning and daily routine of the learners.</li><li>Prepare learning resources to use within enrichment activities and sessions.</li><li>Build relationships, plan, develop and maintain the employment and work experience activities for all foundation learners.</li><li>To ensure high standards of physical, emotional social, and intellectual care for all learners</li></ul><p>The successful applicant will need to have experience of working with and leading small groups of children/young adults.
