Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional in Culinary Arts and Hospitality to join our team at our Cambridge Campus on a variable hours basis for 8 hours per week. As part of the role, you will deliver training and assess learners on a variety of qualifications and be actively involved in the planning, delivery and assessment of courses across the Department. You will have the opportunity to tutor and develop the skills and knowledge of our learners, and in close liaison with the curriculum team, provide excellent assessment opportunities for learners. Based at our Cambridge campus, you will work in fully fitted modern kitchens with a Restaurant and Bistro on site. You will have relevant industry experience and will be used to working in a high pressure environment where standards are exemplary. A positive and approachable attitude is essential as is the ability to assess student work / assignments across a number of levels. You must also be willing to work some evenings and Saturdays where necessary.
