Ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned and meet the varied needs of all learners. Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records or work and achievements. Ensure the learning environment is inspiring and maintain industry links to enhance the learner experience. About you: Minimum level 3 qualification in relevant area Teaching/Training qualification or be prepared to work towards Passion for the industry and teaching and learning.
