Salary: £13,038.00 - £17,688.00 per annum
Contract: Permanent/Part-Time - 18 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Lecturer in Early Years. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts continued learner success and achievement.
The successful candidate support the success, achievement and enjoyment of our learners on our Early Years programmes. The drive to develop curriculum, maintain excellent employer links and provide progression opportunities to our current curriculum offer is a necessity. We are looking for an outstanding staff member to compliment and enhance our existing structure and be part of a team that supports colleagues and students, through both onsite and blended learning opportunities.
The successful candidate must:
- Have experience of teaching and motivating FE students.
- Hold a relevant degree;
- Have a relevant teaching qualification or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Have GCSE Maths and English (A-C)
- Be well organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have experience of and be able to deliver HE lectures within the required evenings of the curriculum provision.
