Skills, knowledge and expertise Qualifications and training Health & Social Care Degree: Bring a degree or equivalent in Health and Social Care or Early Years to the table. (Desirable) Teaching Credentials: Showcase your teaching ability with a qualification (e.g., Cert Ed, PGCE, or DTLLs) or be ready to embark on the journey to earn a Diploma in Education and Training (DET). (Desirable) Level 2 Qualification: Hold a Level 2 qualification (GCSE A* – C or equivalent) in Maths and English, or be eager to achieve these with the College’s support.
