You'll also contribute to the development of our course offer, building on our innovative provision.<br/><br/><strong>Key responsibilities of our</strong> <strong>Lecturer-Plumbing;<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Plan and develops lessons, including the development of schemes of work</li> <li>Develop and implement learner-centred assessment methods, with focus on constructive and development feedback for our students</li> <li>Encourage, monitor and report on the attendance, progress and achievements of students</li> <li>Ensure safe working environments for students and colleagues, enforce health and safety standard in your area, ensuring all students understand and comply</li> <li>Undertake personal coaching and pastoral responsibilities for designated students in order to support them in their own development and future progression</li> <li>Keep abreast of industry developments in your specialist area to ensure the relevance and continued employability of our students</li> <li>Actively participate in continuing professional development around theory and practice within the education sector<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>Our ideal Lecturer-Plumbing should have the following qualifications, skills and experience;<br/><br/></strong><ul> <li>Hold a teaching qualification and have experience of teaching in the Further or Higher Education sectors</li> <li>Possess an assessor qualification</li> <li>Possess an Internal Quality Assurance qualification or be prepared to undertake</li> <li>Have recent and relevant experience of teaching subject to learners from Entry Level to Level 3 with knowledge of Plumbing & Heating also Gas pathway.</li> <li>Possess excellent interpersonal and team development skills and have the ability to contribute to the team and its goals.
