Whether you are an experienced Maths teacher or a recent graduate, you would be thoroughly supported with any training needs you have, to ensure that you are fully equipped to deliver the curriculum and support students gain the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their studies.
For candidates with the relevant qualifications who may not have taught before we will support you through a Level 3 Award in Education in Training through to a full Level 6 teaching qualification.

The successful candidate will be teaching across the college with a specific focus on GCSE Maths, Functional Skills and Apprenticeships.
Your innovative style and approach to learning will be demonstrated through your enthusiasm to motivate and inspire, tailoring your teaching to take account of the wide range of backgrounds and varied academic and vocational aspirations of our students.
About you
To succeed in this role, you will have the following;
· Minimum Level 3 maths qualification or equivalent, although a Level 5 or Level 6 relevant qualification would be desirable
· A relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards
· An innovative thinker with the ability to engage and enthuse our students
· Good planning, preparation and organisation skills
