The Reporting Services Team are responsible for several key functions within the Learning Curve Group, including the maintenance of our MIS software ProSolution, data reconciliations, and producing scheduled and ad hoc reports to operational departments and senior management. This role requires you to work with the MIS Reporting and Systems team and provide technical support to the MIS Team Leader across the range of services provided by the team. This is an exciting and challenging role that will allow the holder to develop key business reporting and support strategies and skills within a busy MIS environment. Role Information DUTIES Carry out administrative tasks across the MIS Reporting Services Team to support the existing structure including: Reconciliations of College ILR data with company data MLC daily tasks Withdrawal/Non starts processing and Invoicing Pro Solution administration Timetabling and registers System maintenance Provide support to ProSolution Users Setting up curriculum Contribute to the Reports schedule output for the area Assist with administration tasks for the wider team Any other administrative tasks commensurate with the role and grade.
