You will mark and assess learner projects, setting high expectations and motivating them to be the best that they can be. You will be a role model, providing our learners with innovative, practical and employment-led training.</p><p/><p><br/> Essential skills will be to have up-to-date knowledge and understanding of sequencing and recording, with suitable related experience.</p><p/><p><br/> Desirable skills would include an understanding of music theory, ability to play an instrument and knowledge of the music industry.</p><p/><p><br/> You will collaborate with others to share best practices and ensure that our learners get the highest quality experience. You will work with experienced, passionate tutors as well as within a support service provided by our Central Team. Working at Access Creative College means working with learners who are engaged, enthusiastic and passionate about the education they are gaining.</p><p/><p><br/> You will have excellent communication and organisational skills which will help you to effectively manage the delivery of high-quality lessons and Schemes of Work. and to organise internal and external examination/assessment-related administration including the moderation and verification of coursework and internal course assessments.</p><p/><p><br/> Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related subject area and Maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above.
