The team supports the delivery of IELTS tests across all platforms through a wide variety of processes and tasks, working collaboratively with both internal colleagues and our external partner colleagues alike.<br/><br/>You will be expected to deliver an agreed set of operational processes and procedures related to IELTS tests. These duties will also include the following:<br/><br/><ul> <li>using a wide range of systems and processing platforms to carry out assigned tasks and ensure the successful delivery of IELTS tests</li> <li>working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation and key external stakeholders, including service providers, to ensure the successful delivery of all IELTS Tests</li> <li>reviewing and processing of customer or Partner queries in Zendesk</li> <li>ensuring that all communications with IELTS internal and external customers are clear, informative, timely, and relevant to the recipients</li> <li>identifying ways of developing processes to either simplify the existing process, reduce the amount of time spent processing or improve the level of customer service<br/><br/> </li> </ul> <strong>About You<br/><br/></strong>As our next Operations Administrator, you'll need to have experience providing high-quality administrative services using Microsoft Office products.
