School of Psychology We are looking for a Programme Lead for our MSc in Psychology, to join our expanding School of Psychology. Our School has grown significantly over the last few years, and our journey continues. Our academic team brings together extensive experience from academia, professional practice, and industry. Our goal is to equip our students with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring they are fully prepared for employment upon graduation. The Role - Programme Lead in Psychology (MSc) As a Programme Lead you will take academic and professional responsibility for leading and developing the programme. This will involve: Leading on revalidation of the programme Ensuring student success and high levels of student outcomes Collaborating with colleagues within the School and across Arden University to ensure efficient and effective programme delivery Engaging in teaching and curriculum development to continually improve the programme Upholding British Psychological Society (BPS) Standards About You: To succeed in this role, you will need: An MSc or equivalent qualification in Psychology with Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC), recognised by the BPS Proven success in teaching, learning, and assessment in higher education Experience in Programme Leadership including reviewing, developing, and enhancing curriculums and programmes A track record of improving student satisfaction and outcomes If you’re passionate about shaping the future of psychology education and thrive in a dynamic, expanding university, we’d love to hear from you.
