A key focus will be delivering a learner-centred approach that removes barriers to learning and enables all students to achieve their full potential. The role also includes teaching up to 720 hours per year.</p><p/><p><b><br/> About You</b></p><p> As a successful candidate, you will hold a relevant degree or Level 5 Subject Specialist qualification, a full professional teaching qualification, and ideally, an internal quality assurance qualification or be willing to acquire one.</p><p> Management training or evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) will be an added advantage.</p><p> You will bring a strong understanding of Equality, Diversity, and customer care, with a proven ability to deliver outstanding teaching.</p><p> Acting as a role model for teaching excellence, you'll have experience in monitoring and implementing quality systems and in delivering operational plans that meet performance targets.</p><p> You will be skilled in developing new courses and programs that address the needs of diverse learners, and capable of successfully influencing and managing delegated tasks.</p><p> Your experience in course management and working effectively within a team will complement your ability to meet deadlines and work independently.</p><p> You will also have experience managing staff, including performance management, motivation, and development.</p><p> Proficiency in using ICT as both a teaching and management tool is essential.</p><div/><div><div><div><div><div><br/> </div></div></div><br/> </div></div><div><br/> <h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>About RHACC</b></h3><p> We are delighted to be able to recruit for wonderful opportunity to join our team for the above position.
