We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Programme Manager Supported Learning. In this key leadership role, you will ensure that the curriculum meets the needs of adult learners from diverse backgrounds, enabling them to achieve their work, life, and wellbeing goals. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality teaching and provide support systems that enable learners to reach their full potential. About you Reporting to the Head of Foundation Learning, you will manage, and deliver courses that help learners develop the skills they need to meet their goals and aspirations. You will provide line management to Tutors and Learning Support Workers, ensuring that teaching quality is consistently good or better, eliminating poor practice, and contributing to outstanding learner outcomes. You will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Curriculum Strategy within the School. Desirable: Experience in delivering English, maths, and digital skills, along with a subject specialist qualification in English and / or maths.
