Our mission is to transform lives through learning, advocating for inclusivity and diversity at every step.<br/> <br/> <strong>About the Role</strong><br/> <br/> We are seeking a highly talented and suitably experienced Psychology Lecturer, to join our Access to Higher Education teaching team, who is passionate about teaching to enable high achieving students to reach their potential. We are looking for someone who wants to build excellent team relationships within Access to HE and the wider college, all while successfully delivering models with positive progression into higher education.<br/> <br/> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul> <li>Deliver exceptional teaching which will assist students to achieve excellent results</li> <li>Inspire students to appreciate and enjoy Psychology</li> <li>Managing classroom and learner behaviours including attendance</li> <li>Deliver Level 2 & 3 Psychology to adult learners in Access to Higher Education</li> <li>Fulfil some leadership and administrative roles associated with teaching learning and assessment as directed by the Curriculum Manager</li> </ul> Skills & Knowledge<br/> <br/> We strive to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from individuals who believe they can contribute effectively to this role.
