You will play an active role in quality assurance and quality enhancement to drive innovation and excellence.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul> <li>Drive and raise standards in teaching, learning, and assessment across the college</li> <li>Lead and inspire colleagues to achieve excellence in their practice</li> <li>Actively contribute to quality assurance and improvement initiatives</li> <li>Serve as a role model, promoting high ambition and best practices in education</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous enhancement of the student/apprentice experience</li></ul><p><b>About You:</b></p><p>We are looking for a QTLL who is:</p><ul> <li>A dynamic, passionate, and committed practitioner with a drive for leading excellence</li> <li>An excellent role model with a high level of ambition, inspiring others to raise their standards</li> <li>An experienced professional with a strong understanding of quality assurance, quality improvement and outstanding teaching standards</li> <li>Collaborative, with the ability to support and develop colleagues</li> <li>Forward-thinking, with a passion for innovation in education and a focus on student/apprentice success</li></ul><p><b>The College is committed to safeguarding and promotes the welfare of all learners and expects its staff to share this commitment.
