This role will support our London Colleges (Lewisham and Southwark). You will have the opportunity to work alongside People & Development (P&D) colleagues across NCG to provide a high-quality service to all our internal and external stakeholders on all people related activity.<br/><br/>This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, ambitious and experienced individual to join us. You will provide first-line HR support, advice and guidance to our managers and colleagues on all people matters and will work closely with a designated HR Business Partner and HR Assistant.<br/><br/>To be successful in this role you will need to have experience of working in a similar role within a Human Resource team and ideally, be CIPD qualified or working towards this. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build strong working relationships, and impeccable attention to detail. Our P&D team is a busy and thriving department to work within, so the ability to work flexibly is essential for this role.
