The qualified salary will be up to £42,000 per annum based on 37 hours per week. The unqualified delivery salary will be up to £38,411 per annum (based on 37 hours per week). Pro rata for part time hours.

As an ACR Instructor/Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical sessions to apprentices.
This role will involve planning, delivering, and assessing vocational programmes, including conducting workplace reviews and monitoring apprentice progress. You will play a crucial part in helping apprentices succeed in their intermediate and advanced levels, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Deliver engaging and effective theory and practical sessions in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Conduct regular workplace assessments and reviews to monitor apprentice progress.
- Collaborate with employers and technical staff to support apprentice development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ACR apprenticeship programme.
- Ensure that all apprentices meet their learning goals and progress successfully through their courses.
- Industrial Experience: Proven experience in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry.
- Teaching/Assessing Experience: Previous experience in teaching and/or assessing within a training or Further Education (FE) environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with a strong sense of autonomy.
