The Role Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Trainer in the Leadership, Management, and Lifestyle Department. Your Responsibilities Will Include As a key member of the Leadership, Management, and Lifestyle team, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality and effective training. Specific duties will include: Delivering practical and theoretical sessions across apprenticeship and further education (FE) pathways, managing the full learning experience for students. Conducting progress reviews with apprentices and employers, tracking Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to ensure alignment between on- and off-the-job training. Developing, assessing, and evaluating training materials and courses to drive continuous improvement. Supporting curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with course regulations and best practices. Collaborating with colleagues to maintain accurate student records and progress data and promoting Health and Safety awareness within the training environment. Why Join Us?
