We are seeking a highly skilled trainer to join our team and contribute to the development of our employees.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in providing classroom training sessions within health and social care. They will hold a relevant training qualification or recognised teaching qualification, and possess a full UK driving licence with access to a car.
Main Responsibilities
- To develop and deliver induction and mandatory training programs for employees and managers.
- To ensure that induction and work-based knowledge standards are met in induction and CPD processes.
- To plan and deliver system-specific training on technology systems such as EMars and Nourish.
- To welcome new employees and ensure their initial experience meets our client's standards.
- To support the training department in delivering internal training in line with company needs.
- To create a climate conducive to learning by managing physical resources and preparing resources to support learning.
- To evaluate the learning of participants using agreed assessment systems.
Salary and Benefits
