Job Summary:Chef Manager is required to oversee the provision of meals within a training centre that provides apprenticeship training to the motor industry. The ideal candidate will have previous culinary experience and management experience in a similar role, including client management.
About the Role:This is a Monday to Friday role, 8am - 4pm, with an estimated salary of up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience). The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding and delivering all contractual terms, communicating regularly with clients, and ensuring all company promotions are correctly implemented.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the processing of food orders, receipt and storage of deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
- Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
- Monitor and manage GP
- Analyse and effectively manage all in-unit costs
