We are currently seeking a passionate Employment Skills Trainer to join our team as we invest in our Further Education provision for London and beyond.
Your Role:
You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality Further Education programmes, focusing on Skills Bootcamps for adults. This includes designing engaging learning materials, producing high-quality learning content, assessing learner progress, achieving key milestones, and embedding safeguarding, prevent, and Fundamental British values. You will also support learner progression in English and maths, provide constructive feedback and support to learners, and collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall learning experience. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in skills and employability programmes, relevant delivery experience in post-16 education, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and support learners from diverse backgrounds. A teacher/trainer qualification, Educated to Level 4 or above, and relevant industry certifications are also essential. Experience in developing digital learning materials, curriculum development, and instructional design is desirable. Our ideal candidate will be a collaborative and supportive team player who can adapt content as our learner profile demands and ensure our programmes reach ambitious standards. Estimated salary £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
