Who is this Apprenticeship for?
Our 3-year development programme includes the completion of a Level 7 apprenticeship and is perfect for those looking to kick start their career towards being a Finance Leader of the future.
This is a Level 7 apprenticeship and we are ideally looking for a graduate with educational experience in a Finance or Accounting discipline. Candidates with other degrees who can demonstrate an understanding of the Finance function, with a specific desire to work in this field, will also be considered.
What You'll Learn..
Over a 3-year period, through a blended learning which aligns with globally recognised professional accountancy qualifications, as well as providing structured support and wider development. The apprentice will build their knowledge and skills across a number of areas, including but not limited to:
- Management and financial accounting
- Financial processes and controls
- Business acumen
- Management of financial information, legislation, risk and compliance
- Leadership, professional scepticism and business insight
- Ethics, standards and governance
The apprentice will work towards their Accounting professional qualification through the appropriate Institute, including ICAEW (ACA) or ACCA . The training provides the right balance between retaining robust technical grounding, whilst introducing increased business awareness and commercial focus.
The start date for this apprenticeship will be September 2025.
