Overall
The Learning and Development Quality Coach will play a pivotal role in supporting Teaching, learning and assessment alongside a range of compliance duties. Their responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Support with driving ongoing quality improvement across all apprenticeship programmes.
Provide overarching quality assurance for the Travel Consultant and Customer Service qualifications, ensuring high-quality performance.
Support with Inspiring and managing the L&D team, motivating them to achieve the best possible outcomes for every learner.
Analyse data and produce detailed reports to support informed decision-making and drive impactful changes.
Take an active role in the regular learner review process, for example, quality sampling of learner's work, engagement and efficiency.
Provide support for EPA gateway reviews and learner completion to maintain and improve higher grades.
Support with progress review and class observations, producing findings for the team leaders and delivery manager.
Assisting Learning and Development coaches with performance issues and compliance matters.
Deliver updates and actions at monthly quality meetings.
Complete regular internal verification for England and Scotland.
Complete IQA reports which are clear, well written and with sufficient detailed to support and improve performance.
Plan and complete IQA observations of Assessors to ensure the IQA strategy is met.
Ensure units and components of qualifications/standards meet the full requirements of each specification and assessment plan.
Support in the management of delivery models and other resources to embed a consistent and standardised approach to delivery.
Ensure all IQA activities continually meet the needs of the learners, exceed the requirements of Awarding Organisations, Ofsted and the ESFA.
Requirements:
Must have extensive knowledge and experience of Apprenticeship Standards and the End Point.
Hold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance qualification - V1, D34, L4 Award in the Internal.
Hold a recognised Assessor qualification - D32/D33, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or equivalent.
Hold a recognised teaching qualification at L3 Certificate level or above – PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed, L4.
Education and Training, or equivalent.
Hold a current full driving licence.
