Facilitate Learning: Deliver engaging group and one-to-one tutorials, provide study skills, numeracy, and literacy support. Support Personal and Social Development: Help learners develop essential personal and social skills. Track and Monitor Progress: Conduct regular one-to-one reviews to ensure learners are safe, supported, and on track with their qualifications and well-being. Collaborate with Colleagues: Work with team members to enhance the learner experience. You will commit to supporting learners for a set number of hours each week which can be flexible around your other commitments.
