The successful candidate will be required to provide effective management of our curriculum portfolio in order to maximise the learner experience, learner achievement and progression. We are looking for a curriculum leader who is passionate about teaching and learning, enthusiastic about the sector, forward thinking, and excited about the new range of opportunities in this curriculum area. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent outcomes for learners by working closely with your teaching team to monitor and track the learner journey. You will also work with a range of regional and national stakeholders who play a pivotal role in our curriculum portfolio. You should have experience and knowledge of quality processes and procedures including internal moderation to ensure appropriate documentation is prepared for external moderation. We are searching for an individual with strong leadership and management skills and a passion for education. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. You should be able to work effectively with stakeholders, independently as well as part of a team. You must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The curriculum is at the heart of what we do and this post requires a positive individual to enrich the curriculum offer, drive business plan opportunities forward and support the Head of Department to lead the vibrant staff and students to on-going success. It would be highly beneficial if you have experience of T Levels, Access to HE and apprenticeships. The successful applicant will have a related degree level/vocational qualification in the curriculum area and should have relevant vocational experience in the field of healthcare/science.
