The successful candidate will be required to provide effective management of our curriculum portfolio in order to maximise the learner experience, learner achievement and progression. You must be able to deliver on healthcare programmes in this role. We are looking for a curriculum leader who is passionate about teaching and learning, enthusiastic about the sector, forward thinking, and excited about the new range of opportunities in this curriculum area. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent outcomes for learners by working closely with your teaching team to monitor and track the learner journey. You will also work with a range of regional and national stakeholders who play a pivotal role in our curriculum portfolio. A positive 'can do' attitude to work is essential, together with highly effective communication, organisation and time management skills. You should have experience and knowledge of quality processes and procedures including internal moderation to ensure appropriate documentation is prepared for external moderation. You’ll have excellent communication and ICT skills, be highly organised and be able to work effectively with stakeholders, independently as well as part of a team. You must be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
