Key Responsibilities: Management of curriculum team Planning and managing of resources and a budget Management of the student-run restaurant Enfields Kitchen Manage the kitchen budget and ensure efficient operations Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Planning, delivery and assessment of practical and theory classes Foster a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment Collaborate with our team to develop innovative menu ideas and cooking techniques Support learners to build resilience and confidence in the kitchen and front of house. Qualifications / Experience: Staff line management Managing a budget Substantial cooking experience with comprehensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, recipes, equipment and procedures Knowledge of various cuisines and how professional kitchens function Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs Food hygiene A teaching qualification or willing to work towards one with our support.
