The Bootcamp Manager will provide support to the Delivery Manager with the day-to-day supervision of the Bootcamp team that deliver our programmes across the UK. You will support with the smooth running of the team, as well as line manage direct reports, whilst exceeding their own individual targets relating to KPIs, quality and compliance.

The Role…
As Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operational management of our bootcamp team, while maintaining high standards of quality at all times. You will lead a team of up to 10 staff members, ensuring compliance with funding regulations, timely reporting, and meeting the needs of both learners and employers.
This role involves line-managing direct reports, organising team meetings and staff development sessions, and conducting 1-2-1’s.

- Stay updated on funding regulations and ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Lead on robust and timely program reporting arrangements.
- Ensure that bootcamps meet the needs of learners and employers, improving outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Line-manage direct reports, providing regular supervision and support.
- Ensure adherence to all policies, practices, and procedures.
- Organise and deliver team meetings, reflective practice sessions, and staff development opportunities.
- Organise and attend external meetings and events representing Althaus Digital.
- Design and develop training programs for professionals in the region.
- Support the ongoing development and agreement of strategies for Althaus Digital.
- Manage quality and ensure improvements are addressed, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
We are seeking applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Hands on experience of managing a small delivery team.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and achieve deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience of bootcamp programmes and projects utilising a variety of delivery standards, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience of analysing data, identifying issues and trends and interpreting results.
- Line management experience.
- Ability to work with all levels including internal and external providers and suppliers.
- A track record of continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of Ofsted Inspections and ESFA Audits
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
- Experience in delivery of funded training programmes.
- Proven experience in managing small teams, preferably in the context of funded training programs.
- In-depth knowledge of funding regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and staff development.
- Relevant qualifications in education, training, or management are preferred.

This is a hybrid role and will require travel to Derby (East Midlands) for meetings at least 2 days per week, so applicants will ideally be Midlands based, or within a reasonable commutable distance of Derby.
