An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Education Operations Coordinator based in WMG, specifically supporting our new Skills Centre short course portfolio as a part of our Education External Partnerships team. The successful applicant will provide an efficient and effective administrative service to our Skills Centre course participants, tutors and company sponsors. Specific tasks will include handling company and participant queries, preparing and sending joining instructions, course registrations, preparing Moodle pages for courses and other course preparation activities. This is a fixed term post until 31st August 2025 and can be considered as a secondment opportunity. We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so. About You The successful applicant will have achieved a good standard of education, to a minimum of A Level standard or equivalent, and possess impressive communication skills coupled with excellent organisational skills. With experience of working in a busy office environment in a customer facing role you will be able to multitask in order to meet deadlines and possess good IT skills (including Microsoft word, excel and outlook).
