As the instructor, you'll develop engaging curriculum covering various styles such as Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, Cha-Cha and Rumba. Responsibilities include designing lesson plans and ensuring classes are dynamic, educational, and enjoyable. You'll conduct group classes, fostering a supportive and inclusive atmosphere to cultivate a sense of community among participants. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep knowledge of ballroom dance techniques, and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing the joy of dance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and empower learners while helping them develop confidence and proficiency on the dance floor. Although a teaching qualification is an advantage, training opportunities exist within the College and we can support you in gaining your Award in Education and Training Level 3 Qualification (AET), within your first year of joining the college.
