We are recruiting several hourly paid Learning Support Assistants to join our Supported and Inclusive Learning team. Our department delivers a range of courses that support young people to prepare for adulthood including vocational, employability and independence pathways. A commitment to working with young people/adults with additional support needs underpins all aspects of our work. You will support learners in and out of class to develop their communication, independence, employability, and life skills. There is also a requirement to support with challenging behaviour, personal care, and mobility where appropriate.
