The RoleWe are looking senior Learning Support Assistants to join our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team. Our department delivers a range of courses that support learners with SEND to develop skills including independent living skills, communication, personal development, employability, vocational and enterprise. A commitment to working with young people and adults with additional support needs underpins all aspects of our work.You will support learners in and out of class to develop their communication, independence, employability, and life skills. There is also a requirement to support with challenging behaviour, personal care, and mobility where appropriate.
