The Role As an Accounting Lecturer, you will play a key role in guiding adult learners through AAT courses from Level 2 to Level 4. This role is ideal for someone passionate about accounting education and committed to supporting students' academic and professional growth. A suitable accounting qualification to meet the requirement to deliver AAT courses is required, along with relevant experience in accounting or finance. Your day will be varied, as you’ll deliver engaging lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive sessions tailored to adult learners. With a focus on building a strong grasp of accounting principles, you’ll adapt your teaching to suit diverse learning needs, fostering an inclusive environment. Beyond teaching, you’ll create innovative resources and assessments to simplify complex concepts and ensure students gain practical, workplace-ready skills. By incorporating real-world examples, you’ll bridge the gap between theory and practice. You’ll provide one-on-one guidance to support students through challenges and help them reach their potential, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
