In this role, you will deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons on electrical installation techniques, safety standards, and industry practices. You will be responsible for developing curriculum materials, assessing student progress, and providing hands-on training in both classroom and workshop settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that inspires the next generation of electricians.</p><ul><li>Deliver engaging lessons on electrical installation techniques, safety standards, and industry practices to apprentices and young learners.</li><li>Develop and implement curriculum materials that align with industry standards and educational requirements.</li><li>Assess student progress through formal evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.</li><li>Facilitate hands-on training in both classroom and workshop settings, ensuring a practical understanding of electrical installation skills.</li></ul><p> <b>What Will You Bring to the Role </b></p><ul><li><b>Coping:</b> Coping well in pressurised, challenging situations.
