York Learning is a high achieving and successful learning provider, rated by Ofsted as a ‘good’ provider of Further Education and Training. We are seeking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic person to join our exams team, helping with the organisation of a variety of exams from a range of exam boards.
Applications are sought from experienced administrators, preferably, but not exclusively, with knowledge and previous experience of organising and conducting exams in an education setting. Candidates will enjoy working to strict deadlines and responsibilities will include the inputting, maintaining and quality checking of data relating to learners on bespoke databases. Accurate record keeping and attention to detail is key to this role. In addition, you will be flexible and adaptable and have good communication and IT skills. You will have interpersonal skills that help to make the exam process accessible to learners with a variety of needs.
