As we prepare to expand our higher and degree apprenticeship offerings, we’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to drive our initiatives and build lasting relationships with industry partners.</div><br/> <div/> <div><b> Role:</b></div> <div> Are you passionate about forging strong industry connections and enhancing apprenticeship programmes? We are looking for a motivated Senior Account Manager to spearhead our efforts in growing higher and degree apprenticeships. In this role, you will be pivotal in engaging with industry partners, shaping the future of our apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring we deliver outstanding training solutions.</div><br/> <div/> <div><b> Key Responsibilities:</b></div> <div> Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the Higher & Degree Apprenticeship Outreach Worker, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of our apprenticeship outreach initiatives.</div><br/> <div/> <div> Account Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with industry partners to drive the growth of higher and degree apprenticeships. Maximise income streams through effective cross and up-selling strategies.</div><br/> <div/> <div> Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with colleagues across the college to provide comprehensive solutions that address businesses’ training and development needs. This includes leveraging full-cost courses, apprenticeships, and other funding opportunities.</div><br/> <div/> <div> Customer Experience: Collaborate with the HE/FE curriculum and apprenticeship departments to address and resolve employer concerns and queries, ensuring an engaging and positive experience for our partners.</div><br/> <div/> <div><b> What we're looking for:</b></div> <ul> <li>Experience of effective performance management.</li> <li>Experience of effectively identifying and developing new and existing B2B relationships to build and enhance customer base.</li> <li>Experience in Account Management – building a firm platform for long term relationships to ensure repeat business to maximise income streams through both cross and up selling</li> <li>Experience of successful promotion and implementation of higher and degree Apprenticeships and full cost training opportunities.</li> <li>Creation of strong client facing presentations and materials</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><br/> <div/> <div> Please note this role constitutes ‘regulated activity’ as defined by the Protection of Freedom Act 2012.
