5 days per week 08:30-16:30 (job share considered)
Monday - Friday - Term Time / 52 weeks considered
Due to the expansion of our Centre in Lowestoft , WS Training are looking to appoint a Study Programme Tutor for our post 16 and SEND courses.
We seek someone hardworking, organised and proactive in their professional development with a genuine passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
FTE salary £28,000.00 - £33,000.00 - this is dependant on qualifications & experience - proof of qualifications will be requested.
The salary will be pro rata based on 45 weeks if working term time

The role includes but is not limited to :- (A full job description is available upon request)
- Contributing to the initial assessment process, induction activities and identifying gaps in learning.
- The use of baseline assessments to plan suitable sessions enabling learners to access learning that is motivational and inspiring.
- Assisting students to improve their own learning and performance by developing their study skills.
- Devising appropriate interventions to support students to remain on track for completion of their course.
- Agreeing and putting in place relevant targets and actions.
- Taking responsibility for planning and delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment to our students who have a broad range of barriers to learning and/or Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
