You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment, ensuring our students receive the best possible education and support.</p><p><b> Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul> <li>Supervise and assess students in practical settings, including the college gym, studio, sports field, and more.</li> <li>Lead by example, promoting high standards of teaching and learning.</li> <li>Develop and implement improvement strategies to help students reach their full potential.</li> <li>Engage in recruitment and marketing activities, student interviews, and community liaison.</li> <li>Participate in curriculum development and the creation of high-quality learning materials.</li> <li>Provide exceptional customer service to students and stakeholders.</li> <li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.</li></ul><p><b> What We Offer:</b></p><ul> <li>A competitive salary and benefits package.</li> <li>Opportunities for professional development and career progression.</li> <li>A supportive and collaborative working environment.</li> <li>Access to college facilities and resources.</li> <li>Flexible working arrangements, including occasional evenings and weekends.</li></ul><p><b> About You:</b></p><ul> <li>Holds an appropriate teaching qualification or substantial industry experience (or working towards a teaching qualification).</li> <li>Relevant subject expertise and a degree or equivalent professional qualification.</li> <li>Minimum Level 2 Maths and English.</li> <li>At least 5 years of industry experience in a related field (e.g., Army, Navy, RAF, Fire, Police, Criminology).</li> <li>Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills.</li> <li>A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.</li></ul><p> If you are passionate about education and have the skills and experience we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.</p><p> This role is permanent, part time (4 days a week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday - 29 hours).
