Key Responsibilities: 1. Delivering engaging, inspiring, and inclusive lessons to students at varying levels, including functional skills and GCSE. 2. Assessing, supporting, and motivating learners to achieve their full potential. 3. Creating and adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of a diverse group of students. 4. Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience. 5. To teach scheduled classes as requested, with potential to teach in the evenings or weekend classes. 6. To prepare schemes of work and maintain such records as appropriate and directed. 7. To contribute learning materials and assignments to the collective learning resources of the Corporation. 8. To undertake detailed assessment and maintain other records as required. 9. To mark registers, monitor student attendance and compete registration requirements. 10. To participate in the Corporation’s quality assurance procedures as directed. 11. To contribute to the action planning of students and provide interim and end of year reports as requested. 12.
